You can make these in bulk fast. They are extremely easy- simple enough a toddler can do and you can use these if you dont want to use actual candy canes on your tree.
You will need red and white pipe cleaners. That’s it, just a bunch of red and white pipe cleaners.
Twist the pipecleaners around each other, so they stripe then bend the top to form the head of the candy cane.
If you want slightly harder to make (if you’re teaching your child to braid), use 3 of any color combination and braid the pipe cleaners, then bend the head.
