You need black fabric, black pipe cleaners, black yarn, googly eyes and a hot glue gun
cut a piece of fabric to cover the jar
Wrap it around the jar and tie it with the yarn.
Tuck the edges in the bottom of the jar
Fold the pipe cleaners in half, insert them inside the jar and fold them like spider legs
Glue the eyes on and add any other decorations
