I wrote and designed this guided journal based off how I analyze other people’s dreams. I have included definitions of several very common dream topics along with a description of how I personally analyze dreams.

I’m currently working on a three part dream dictionary that will accompany this workbook. In the book, you’ll find lots of space to record 35 dreams.

This book is printed by Lulu Publishing, I own all copyrights, it’s 200 pages and 8.5 by 11 inches
