It’s getting a whole lot easier. In fact, I’m really starting to wonder why I use the site at all. I’m 19 days in and slowly backing down social media and computer/phone use in general.
I’ve been studying the mindfulness style meditation and one of the facts they listed in a magazine I recently bought is that you’re most productive mentally during your first 4 1/2 hours post waking up so I’m determined to make that a new habit- quit social media or other mindless surfing until late evening.
